Aerosoft India is the online store for Aerosoft footwear in India. Aerosoft is a footwear brand owned by Summit Footwear Co., Ltd., Thailand.
This website is operated by Winsor Imports and Exports, the authorized importer, website operator, and online seller of Aerosoft footwear in India.
By accessing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Products
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, sizes, images, colours, prices and availability.
Actual product colours or appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or minor manufacturing variations. Such minor differences do not affect the product’s intended use.
Product availability may change without prior notice. A product shown as unavailable or out of stock cannot be ordered unless the website specifically allows advance ordering.
Pricing, Taxes, and Additional Charges
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Product prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping charge, Cash on Delivery fee or other mandatory charge will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer places the order.
The final payable amount will be shown before the order is confirmed.
No undisclosed compulsory charges will be added after an order has been confirmed.
Prices may change for future orders, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
If an obvious pricing error occurs due to a technical or system issue, we may cancel the affected order. The customer will be informed, and any payment received will be refunded according to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Discounts and Promotional Offers
Discounts are calculated against the MRP displayed for the relevant product.
The eligibility, validity period, exclusions, purchase limits, and other conditions of a promotional offer will be displayed with the offer.
Promotional prices and offers must be correctly displayed and applied on the product page, cart, and checkout. If an offer is not applied at checkout, the customer should contact us before placing the order.
An offer may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. This will not affect an order already confirmed under that offer.
Expired, withdrawn, or unavailable promotional offers cannot be applied to new orders.
Orders and Order Confirmation

If we cancel an order, the customer will be informed using the contact details provided with the order. Any amount paid for a cancelled order will be refunded according to our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Payments

Online payments may be processed through secure third-party payment service providers. Winsor Imports and Exports does not directly store complete card or banking details entered through an authorized payment gateway.
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected orders, products, or delivery locations. Any applicable COD fee, eligibility condition, or restriction will be displayed before the order is placed.
Customers should not make payments using any method that is not displayed on the website or officially confirmed by our customer support team.
